Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Abington Heights). Their defense stepped up to hand the Honesdale Hornets a 13-0 shutout on Wednesday. Abington Heights' defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last four matches.

Abington Heights pushed their record up to 15-1 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those three matchups. As for Honesdale, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-13-1 record this season.
