Basketball Recap: Proctor Comes Up Short

If Proctor was feeling good fresh off their 52-29 takedown of Sharon Academy last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Proctor Phantoms fell 64-56 to the Poultney Blue Devils on Friday. The Phantoms were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Blue Devils earlier this season, when they won 65-52.

Proctor now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Poultney, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-8 record this season.

As of now, neither Proctor nor Poultney have any future games scheduled.
