Peotone won the last time they faced Paxton-Buckley-Loda and things went their way on Saturday too. The Blue Devils narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Panthers 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Blue Devils.

Mia Connolley paced Peotone's offense, picking up seven kills. Connolley got some help from Allie Werner and her 13 assists. Payton Schnelle controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Peotone's win bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Paxton-Buckley-Loda, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-6.

Peotone wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Milford on the 27th. As for Paxton-Buckley-Loda, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Grant Park on the 27th.
