Basketball Game Recap: Adair County Indians vs. Green County Dragons

The Adair County Indians entered their tilt with the Green County Dragons with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Adair County came out on top against Green County by a score of 75-65 on Friday. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Adair County to victory, but perhaps none more so than Isaiah Cochran, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 10 rebounds. The contest was Cochran's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Connor Loy, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 10 assists.

Adair County's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Green County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Adair County will take on John Hardin at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Green County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Anderson County at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
