Cactus Shadows came out on top against Marcos de Niza on Tuesday thanks in part to Molly Brown's efforts. The Padres had no answer to Brown as she pitched seven innings while giving up just one earned run off five hits. Brown has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.
