Basketball Recap: Shades Valley Takes a Loss

If Shades Valley was feeling good fresh off their 66-15 takedown of Center Point last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Shades Valley Mounties fell 46-35 to the Paul W. Bryant Stampede on Monday. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mounties this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 45-36 back in November of 2024.

Shades Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 14-8. As for Paul W. Bryant, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-10 record this season.

Shades Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Paul W. Bryant, they will take on Bibb County at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
