Basketball Recap: Glenn Comes Up Short

Glenn was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost to the East Forsyth Eagles at home by a 62-45 margin. While losing is never fun, the Bobcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 387th, while the Eagles are ranked 128th).

Glenn's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10. As for East Forsyth, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-3.

Glenn will take on Davie at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for East Forsyth, they will face off against Winston Salem Christian at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in Winston Salem Christian's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last nine matches.
