It was a good run, but Tunstall unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Friday. They lost 67-47 to the George Washington Eagles. While losing is never fun, the Trojans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Virginia basketball rankings (they are ranked 311th, while the Eagles are ranked 16th).

Tunstall's defeat dropped their record down to 5-11. As for George Washington, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tunstall will welcome Martinsville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for George Washington, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Mecklenburg County at 7:00 p.m.
