Volleyball Recap: Evergreen Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win

Evergreen had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They blew past the Delta Panthers 3-0. The Vikings have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Panthers, too.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-16, 25-12.

Evergreen can attribute much of their success to Lauren Valentine, who had 13 digs and one assist.

Evergreen was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces every time they've taken the court this season.

Evergreen's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Delta, they dropped their record down to 2-6 with the defeat, which was their 16th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, Evergreen will face off against Southview at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Delta, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 loss against Stryker on the 6th.
