The Glendale Adventist Cougars scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 65-23 win over Lucerne Valley on the road. The result was nothing new for Glendale Adventist, who have now won three matchups by 28 points or more so far this season.
When it comes to explaining why Lucerne Valley lost, one person who can't be blamed is Derrick Tyler. Despite the final result, he scored 11 points along with five rebounds and four steals. The match was Tyler's third in a row with at least ten points.
Glendale Adventist now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Lucerne Valley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-8.
Glendale Adventist won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Bethel Christian at 6:00 p.m. on December 27th.
