Volleyball Game Preview: Beaver Bobcats vs. Mars Fightin' Planets

The Beaver Bobcats will take on the Mars Fightin' Planets at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Beaver is coming into the match hot, having won their last 14 games.

Beaver is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over DuBois.

Beaver never let DuBois on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-13, 25-22.

Warren typically has all the answers at home, but on Tuesday Mars proved too difficult a challenge. They blew past the Dragons 3-0.

While Mars won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-19, 25-23.

Mars' win bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Beaver, their victory bumped their record up to 50-3.

Beaver beat Mars 3-1 in their previous meeting last Tuesday. Do the Bobcats have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Fightin' Planets turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
