Oak Mountain proved they can win big on Saturday (they won by six) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They never let Sumiton Christian get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory. This was a revenge game for Oak Mountain: when they faced off against Sumiton Christian on Saturday, they had to take a 4-0 loss.

Kelsey Crain looked comfortable as she pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than two walks in 13 consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Oak Mountain's win was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Addison Green, who went 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI.
