Basketball Recap: Heritage Christian Academy Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Heritage Christian Academy can now relate to. They were outmatched by Trinity Christian and fell 55-28. The Eagles were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Trinity Christian earlier this season, when they won 60-50.

It was another big night for Nathan Suchovsky, who posted 28 points for Trinity Christian. That's the most points Suchovsky has posted since back in November of 2024. Isaac Sherrod was another key player, putting up 15 points.

Heritage Christian Academy now has a losing record at 7-8. As for Trinity Christian, the victory got them back to even at 9-9.

As for Trinity Christian, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against The Habersham School at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Trinity Christian is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 52.8 points per game this season.
