Georgia high school football rankings: Grayson, Lowndes swap places at top of MaxPreps Top 25

Rams jump to No. 1 after nationally-televised 47-7 win over Parkview.

There was a swap at the top of the MaxPreps Top 25 Georgia high school football computer rankings with Grayson (Loganville) and Lowndes (Valdosta) trading places.

The 7-0 Rams, coming off a nationally televised 47-7 win over Parkview, climbed into the No. 1 spot. Meanwhile, the Vikings, in their first game after a two-week COVID-19 quarantine, dropped to No. 2 despite their 17-13 victory over Tift County.

No. 3 Colquitt County remained unchanged after its 34-13 win over Camden County. Warner Robins jumped two spots to No. 4 after the Demons' 22-19 win over Ware County.

The biggest climber this week was No. 23 East Coweta (Sharpsburg), which rose nine places, followed by Collins Hill (Suwanee) which rose eight spots to No. 12 after its 41-21 doubling of North Gwinnett. Close behind was Oconee County, which moved seven spots to No. 16, though it was on a bye.



New to this week's Top 25 rankings are No. 25 Crisp County (Cordele), which jumped four places, No. 24 Roswell, up two, and East Coweta.
