Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Franklin). They never let the Wayne Memorial Zebras get on the board and left with an 8-0 victory on Thursday. The high-scoring effort was just what Franklin needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

Franklin's win bumped their record up to 5-9. As for Wayne Memorial, they dropped their record down to 0-12-2 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight at home.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Franklin will challenge Divine Child at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Wayne Memorial, they will take on Clarenceville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Wayne Memorial are facing Clarenceville at the right time seeing as Clarenceville are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
