Redwood waltzed into their game on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 51-49 win over the Tulare Western Mustangs. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Rangers' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 284th, while the Mustangs are ranked 632nd).

Redwood's victory bumped their record up to 9-4. As for Tulare Western, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-6.
