Soccer Recap: Plano West Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Plano West can now relate to. While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was the Klein Cain Hurricanes who were credited with the victory on Thursday. The Klein Cain Hurricanes got it done in the shootout by posting seven goals to the Plano West Wolves' six. While losing is never fun, Plano West can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 50th, while Klein Cain are ranked sixth).
