The Pell City Panthers will face off against the Pinson Valley Indians at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Pinson Valley took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Pell City, who comes in off a win.

On Friday, Pell City earned a 21-14 win over Shades Valley.

Meanwhile, Pinson Valley was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Thursday as they fell 39-35 to Mountain Brook. The Indians haven't had much luck with the Spartans recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Pell City is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 27.8 points over those games. As for Pinson Valley, they now have a losing record of 3-4.
