Chase Burlingham and Titus Terpstra scored all three of DeMotte Christian's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 22 goals.

Meanwhile, after a string of seven wins, Hebron's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell just short of Griffith by a score of 3-2. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since September 25, 2021, but that streak is no more.

The victory got DeMotte Christian back to even at 6-6-2. As for Hebron, their loss dropped their record down to 9-5.

DeMotte Christian skirted past Hebron 2-1 when the teams last played back in October of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Knights since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
