Baseball Recap: Chilton County Takes a Loss

Chilton County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 13-8 to the Trinity Presbyterian Wildcats. If the Tigers were looking for revenge after losing 8-2 to the Wildcats when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Chilton County now has a losing record of 14-15. As for Trinity Presbyterian, they are on a roll lately: they've won 16 of their last 18 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-7 record this season.

Chilton County will welcome Elmore County at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Trinity Presbyterian, they will take on Tallassee at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Tigers will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something the Wildcats surely won't give up without a fight.
