Recap: Carlisle Christian Academy Knights vs. Blue Mountain Christian Defenders
The Carlisle Christian Academy Knights stacked a seventh blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Monday. They claimed a resounding 59-30 win over Blue Mountain Christian on the road. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 41-18.
It was another big night for Gabe Kearney, who scored 30 points. That makes it four consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Carlisle Christian Academy's points. Andrew Heishman was another key contributor, scoring six points.
The win (which was Carlisle Christian Academy's fourth in a row) raised their record to 11-4. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.3 points per game. As for Blue Mountain Christian, they now have a losing record at 5-6.
Carlisle Christian Academy will head out on the road to take on the at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Blue Mountain Christian, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against the Lions at 4:00 p.m. on January 30th. Calvary Chapel Christian is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'.
