The Keystone State is regularly considered one of the country's top high school football states. It's contribution to the sport at all levels is undeniable. With the NCAA's recent decision to allow an early signing period (Dec. 20-22) this upcoming school year, here's a look at the next round of seniors currently pledged to an NCAA FBS school thanks to our partners at 247sports.com.
