Softball Recap: Brownstown Central Braves vs. Austin Eagles

Brownstown Central scored the most runs they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They never let the Austin Eagles onto the board and left with a 17-0 win. The victory was some much needed relief for Brownstown Central as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Rylee May made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and only two hits while striking out seven over four innings pitched. May has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive pitching appearances. May was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-3.

In other batting news, Brownstown Central got a massive performance out of Kelsey Schneider, who scored three runs and stole three bases while going 1-for-3. Another player making a difference was Alex Davidson, who went 3-for-4 with four RBI, a run, and a double.
