Softball Recap: Union City Falls to Saegertown in First Game of Season

Union City had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They came up short against the Saegertown Panthers on Wednesday, falling 12-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Bears have suffered against the Panthers since April 11, 2018.

Union City has already played their next contest, an 18-0 win against North East on the 20th. As for Saegertown, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Reynolds at 1:00 p.m. on the 29th.
