Baseball Recap: Kennedy's Losing Streak Snapped at Four Games

It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Kennedy ultimately got the result they hoped for on Wednesday. They walked away with a 4-1 win over the Irvington Vikings. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Titans as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Jake Arrowood looked comfortable as he pitched 1.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has become a key player for Kennedy: the team is 4-1 when he allows at most three earned runs, but 2-7 otherwise.

On the hitting side, Hunter Padilla was excellent, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.
