Football Recap: Doniphan Starts Season with Victory Against Piggott

Doniphan gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They came out on top against the Piggott Mohawks by a score of 46-36.

Looking ahead, Doniphan will head out to face off against Saxony Lutheran at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Piggott, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Cross County at 7:00 p.m. on September 12.
