Basketball Recap: Foundation Christian Academy Has No Trouble Against Mount Pisgah Christian Academy

On Friday, the Foundation Christian Academy Falcons didn't have too much trouble with Mount Pisgah Christian Academy as they won 58-42.

Logan Nix was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 23 points and 11 boards. The game was his sixth in a row with at least ten points. William Cummins was another key player, putting up eight points.

Foundation Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Mount Pisgah Christian Academy, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Foundation Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 67-25 win against Knoxville Christian on the 4th. As for Mount Pisgah Christian Academy, they will head out to challenge Maryville Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Maryville Christian knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five matchups -- so hopefully Mount Pisgah Christian Academy likes a good challenge.
