Baseball Recap: Beachwood Comes Up Short

Beachwood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They lost 8-1 to the Chagrin Falls Tigers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bison of the 7-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

Josh Rosenblitt was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases and one run.

Beachwood's loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Chagrin Falls, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-10 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Beachwood beat Chagrin Falls by a score of 2-0 on Wednesday.
