Volleyball Recap: Suffolk Christian Academy Wins Going Away Against Mount Calvary Christian Academy

It's playoff time, and Suffolk Christian Academy had no trouble coming through when it counted. They blew past the Mount Calvary Christian Academy Warriors 3-0 on Monday. This was payback for the Knights, who suffered a 3-2 defeat the last time these two teams met.

The final score came out to 25-8, 25-21, 25-13.

Taylor Foster was her usual excellent self, getting 11 aces, eight kills, and six digs. That's the most aces she has posted since back in August of 2024. Another player making a difference was Alison Sue, who had nine assists and seven aces.

They weren't the only good servers: Suffolk Christian Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 33 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least ten aces in six consecutive contests.

Suffolk Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 5-10. As for Mount Calvary Christian Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season.

As of now, neither Suffolk Christian Academy nor Mount Calvary Christian Academy have any future games scheduled.
