Basketball Recap: Sun Prairie West Takes a Loss

If Sun Prairie West was riding high fresh off their 87-25 takedown of Madison West last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Sun Prairie West Wolves fell just short of the Dominican Knights by a score of 51-49 on Saturday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Wolves have suffered since December 29, 2023.

Sun Prairie West's defeat dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Dominican, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season.
