Baseball Recap: South Carroll Takes a Loss

South Carroll lost against Governor Thomas Johnson back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The South Carroll Cavaliers fell 10-5 to the Governor Thomas Johnson Patriots.

Ronnie White made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI.

South Carroll's defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-1.

Looking ahead, South Carroll will take on Frederick on Friday. As for Governor Thomas Johnson, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Smithsburg at 4:30 p.m. This will be Governor Thomas Johnson's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
