The Monclova Christian Academy Thunder will face off against the Northwest Ohio Classical Academy Spartans at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Northwest Ohio Classical Academy had to start their season on the road on Monday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They took a 49-33 bruising from Harvest Temple Christian Academy. While the Spartans didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating Harvest Temple Christian Academy 14-8 in the first quarter.

Monclova Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Northwest Ohio Classical Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
