Basketball Recap: Winslow Falls Despite Big Games from Jayden Curtis and Isaac David

Winslow lost against Northwest Christian back in March of 2021, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Winslow Bulldogs fell 64-56 to the Northwest Christian Crusaders.

Winslow's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Isaac David, who went 13-for-21 en route to 28 points in addition to eight boards and five steals, and Jayden Curtis, who dropped a double-double with 14 points and 11 rebounds. David's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 23 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Izaak Panana, who posted five points.

Winslow's defeat dropped their record down to 14-10. As for Northwest Christian, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-13.

Winslow does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Northwest Christian, they will head out on the road to take on Page at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
