The Desert Hills Thunder will take on the East Leopards at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Desert Hills is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.8 goals per game this season.

If East heads into halftime all tied up, they better play a good second half: that's when Desert Hills took over last week. The Thunder walked away with a 3-1 win over Dixie on Tuesday. The victory continues a trend for Desert Hills in their matchups with Dixie: they've now won eight in a row.

Desert Hills hit Dixie with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Chloe Morris, Kamri Yergensen, and Izzy Miller.

Meanwhile, it's playoff time, and East had no trouble coming through when it counted. They never let Orem get on the board and left with a 3-0 win on Thursday. Considering East have won 12 matchups by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

East's victory bumped their record up to 15-4. As for Desert Hills, their win bumped their record up to 13-4.

Desert Hills suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to East when the teams last played back in August of 2016. Can the Thunder avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
