Recap: Mohave vs. Flagstaff
The Mohave Thunderbirds and the Flagstaff Eagles squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but sadly the Mohave Thunderbirds had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 2-1. The game was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but Mohave couldn't quite close it out.
Mohave dropped their record down to 11-7-3 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Flagstaff, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 14-0-1.
Mohave does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Flagstaff, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Seton Catholic at 2:00 p.m. on February 17th.
