Springville has gone 9-1 against Wasatch recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Red Devils are taking a road trip to square off against the Wasps at 3:30 p.m. After the two teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky on Wednesday.
Springville had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the ten-run drubbing they dealt Spanish Fork on Tuesday. The Red Devils put the hurt on the Dons with a sharp 17-7 win.

Allyx Haveron and Morgan Fairbourne did most of the damage at the plate: Haveron fired off two home runs and four RBI while going 4-for-5, while Fairbourne went 3-for-5 with one home run, five RBI, and three runs. Those five RBI gave Fairbourne a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Sami DeLlamas, who went 3-for-4 with three runs.
Springville was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .432. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Spanish Fork only posted a batting average of .300.
Wasatch came out on top against Mountain Crest on Saturday thanks in part to the team's impressive six-run fourth inning. The Wasps blew past the Mustangs 9-1. Considering the Wasps have won three games by more than six runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.
Adalena Provost looked comfortable as she tossed 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off four hits.
At the plate, Wasatch got a massive performance out of Brylee Smith, who fired off two home runs and four RBI while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Sydnee McPhie, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and four RBI.
Wasatch now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Springville, their record is now 2-0.
Everything went Springville's way against Wasatch in their previous matchup back in April of 2025, as Springville made off with a 20-8 victory. Do the Red Devils have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Wasps turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
