Grapevine Faith Christian entered their tilt with Fort Worth Christian on Monday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. Their defense stepped up to hand the Fort Worth Christian Cardinals a 6-0 shutout. Give the Lions' defense some credit: that's the team's fourth straight shutout.

Braden Cope and Thomas Hudnall scored all six of Grapevine Faith Christian's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 30 goals.

Grapevine Faith Christian pushed their record up to 13-4-1 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Admittedly, the team didn't face the toughest opposition across those games, namely Fort Worth Christian, All S, and Southwest Christian School. As for Fort Worth Christian, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Grapevine Faith Christian will venture away from home to face off against All S at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Fort Worth Christian, they will head out on the road to challenge Southwest Christian School at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
