Basketball Recap: Clinton Comes Up Short

Clinton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 60-52 to the Ida Bluestreaks. The Redwolves were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bluestreaks apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February.

Clinton's record is now 1-6. As for Ida, their win bumped their record up to 3-4.

Clinton won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Adrian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Adrian will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Clinton surely won't give up without a fight. As for Ida, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Grosse Ile at 6:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
