The Pisgah Dragons will welcome the Amite County Trojans at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Pisgah knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 31 points or more in their past four matches -- so hopefully Amite County likes a good challenge.

Pisgah took their contest last Thursday with ease, bagging a 41-14 win over Puckett. It was another big night for Ethan Prater, who rushed for 274 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 11.0 yards per carry. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 116.7 rushing yards per game. Jeremiah Guest was another key player, rushing for 141 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries.

Pisgah was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 503 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

Pisgah pushed their record up to 9-1 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 39.3 points per game. As for Amite County, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-7.
