Basketball Game Preview: Reardan Screaming Eagles vs. Northwest Christian School Crusaders

The Reardan Screaming Eagles will head out on the road to challenge the Northwest Christian School Crusaders at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Reardan will be looking to extend their current 12-game winning streak.

Last Friday, Reardan was fully in charge, breezing past Newport 66-14. The Screaming Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 26 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Northwest Christian School unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Friday. They were dealt an 82-46 loss at the hands of Davenport.

Northwest Christian School's defeat dropped their record down to 11-3. As for Reardan, they pushed their record up to 14-1 with the win, which was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season.

Reardan was able to grind out a solid victory over Northwest Christian School in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, winning 61-53. The rematch might be a little tougher for Reardan since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
