Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Burton walked away with it. They never let the Big Sandy Wildcats get on the board and left with an 11-0 win on Thursday. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 15 matchups by six runs or more this season.

Burton is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-9 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.2 runs over those games. As for Big Sandy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-11-1.

As of now, neither Burton nor the Wildcats have any future games scheduled.
