Daniel Boone has gone a perfect 3-0 against Unicoi County recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Trailblazers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Blue Devils at 6:00 p.m. Daniel Boone's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Daniel Boone came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against Dobyns-Bennett, falling 7-0. While losing is never fun, Daniel Boone can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee soccer rankings (they are ranked 250th, while Dobyns-Bennett are ranked 43rd).

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Unicoi County). They never let Tennessee get on the board and left with a 3-0 win on Tuesday. The game was the first time Unicoi County have beaten Tennessee on their pitch since April 25, 2019.

The victory got Unicoi County back to even at 3-3-2. As for Daniel Boone, their loss dropped their record down to 2-7.

Daniel Boone beat Unicoi County by a goal in their previous meeting back in March of 2024, winning 1-0. Do the Trailblazers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Blue Devils turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
