Freeman had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Yutan Chieftains on Friday. Winning may never get old, but the Falcons sure are getting used to it with their seventh in a row.

Addison Kastanek had a dynamite game, getting 24 digs and seven assists. Those seven assists gave her a new career-high.

Yutan's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Allison Kirchmann, who had 13 digs, and Kenzie Govier, who had eight digs and two assists.

Freeman's record now sits at 28-4. As for Yutan, their loss dropped their record down to 22-8.

Freeman wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against Laurel-Concord-Coleridge on the 8th. As for Yutan, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Oakland-Craig on the 8th.
