Volleyball Recap: Glendale Takes a Loss

Glendale lost against Nixa back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Falcons came up short against the Eagles, falling 3-0. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-19, 25-5.

Elle Givens paced Glendale's offense, picking up 11 kills. Givens got some help from Klaire Miner and her ten assists. Ava Underwood controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Glendale's defeat dropped their record down to 13-7-3. As for Nixa, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 17-9.

Glendale has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Waynesville on the 9th. As for Nixa, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Central on the 9th.
