Basketball Recap: Wingate Drops Highest Score of Season Against Gaynor

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Wingate). They blew past Gaynor 45-20 on Saturday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Generals also won the last time the pair played back in January.

The victory made it two in a row for Wingate and bumps their season record up to 2-3. As for Gaynor, their loss was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-3.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Achievement First the next time they take the court. Wingate will host Achievement First at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, while Gaynor will head out to face them at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
