Isaac Friday Delivers Best Performance of Season
Isaac Friday produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Sharon to the win on Friday. Friday rushed for 319 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 12.8 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 72-yard run.
The victory was the seventh in a row for Sharon, bringing their record for this year to 8-1. Friday and Sharon will look to defend their home field on Friday against Brooke at 7:00 p.m.

Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Joseph Furgiuele Iv stepped things up a notch to give Conneaut Area the 'W'. Nobody could stop Furgiuele Iv as he rushed for 228 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 9.5 yards per carry, and also picked up 32 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Conneaut Area's win bumped their record up to 4-5. Furgiuele Iv and Conneaut Area will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Girard at 9:30 p.m. on Monday.

A Season-Best Performance from Zander Telesz Leads Hickory over Slippery Rock
On Friday, Hickory got the W thanks in part to Zander Telesz playing the best football he has all season. Telesz threw for 383 yards and seven touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes.
