Baseball Recap: Queen City Comes Up Short

After flying high against East Texas Homeschool Sports on Friday, Queen City came back down to earth. The Queen City Bulldogs came up short against the Harleton Wildcats on Saturday, falling 13-5. If the Bulldogs were looking for revenge after losing 11-3 to them when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Queen City now has a losing record of 1-2-1. As for Harleton, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

We've got a battle between Bulldogs coming up. Queen City is facing Jefferson at the right time seeing as Jefferson is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Harleton, they will challenge West Rusk at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
