Basketball Game Preview: Redfield Pheasants vs. Northwestern Area Wildcats

Having just played yesterday, the Redfield Pheasants will head out on the road to face off against the Northwestern Area Wildcats at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

On Monday, Redfield came up short against Deuel and fell 39-31. The Pheasants have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Northwestern Area lost to North Central on the road by a 58-44 margin on Saturday.

Redfield's loss dropped their record down to 2-18. As for Northwestern Area, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-5.

Redfield came up short against Northwestern Area in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, falling 41-36. Can Redfield avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
