Great Bend put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against the Pratt Fighting Frogs as they made off with a 10-4 win. Considering the Panthers have won five games by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Braelyn Turner spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned runs on five hits.

On the hitting side, Kya Behr was incredible, going a perfect 4-for-4 with three runs and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Kamryn Koelsch, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI and two doubles.

Great Bend was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .571. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .312 or higher every time they've taken the field this season.

Great Bend's victory bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Pratt, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Great Bend will take on Liberal at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pratt, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Haven at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Fighting Frogs will need to watch out since the Wildcats have now posted at least ten runs every time they've taken the field this season.
