King Academy extended their winning streak to five on Friday, bumping them up to 5-0. Everything went their way against the Laurens Academy Crusaders as they made off with a 60-34 victory. Considering the Knights have won four contests by more than 19 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

It was another big night for Joseph Morse, who rushed for 375 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 17.0 yards per carry. He was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 65 yards.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: King Academy was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 366 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Laurens Academy fell to 4-1. The loss was their first of the season.
